We manage every apartment with SmartPMS (operations), SmartPricing (dynamic pricing) and SmartConnect (sales channel synchronisation).

We have apartments in Puerto Rico, Maspalomas and San Agustín. We offer support in Italian, Spanish, English and German.
Short-term and mid-term rentals
We manage both short-term rentals on booking portals and mid-term apartments (stays of one month or more), which do not appear on the portals. That is why we manage more apartments than are visible online: over 25, with an average occupancy of around 80%.
